I am a perinatal expert/ professional, parent & sleep coach, and steady presence for families during one of the most vulnerable and transformative seasons of life.
For over 30 years, I’ve supported babies and parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early newborn months. My work is rooted in calm, responsive care—honoring the baby’s developing nervous system while also protecting the parent’s need for rest, reassurance, and steady support.
I believe early care should feel grounding, not overwhelming. There is no single “right” way to parent—only what feels safe, supported, and sustainable for your family.
